Pixies have announced a brand new track from their upcoming LP and additional UK tour shows.

After almost 20,000 tickets for their UK shows sold out within minutes of being on sale, the band have added three additional dates to the itinerary - Brixton Academy on December 6, Cardiff Arena on December 7, and Birmingham Academy on December 8.

The tour is in support of their new album, Head Carrier, which is out on Friday September 30 via Pixiesmusic/Play It Again Sam/PIAS

A new track has also been revealed in the form of ‘Talent’ which features a cameo appearance by legendary actor Jack Palance.

Belgium’s Newmoon have revealed a new music video for ‘Head of Stone’

The atmospheric single is from their forthcoming debut album, Space, due for release Friday October 14 via PIAS.

Talking about the video, lead singer Bert Cannaerts said: “We wanted to make a stylistic video for Head Of Stone. The flowers represent cycles of life, mirrors mark a process of introspection and self-acceptance. We wanted to match the [Space’s cover] artwork too.”
