Polica Share Video For New Single 'Wedding'

POLIÇA have unveiled the video for new single 'Wedding'.

Lifted from their new LP United Crushers, the powerful yet playful video is a spin on early ‘70s Sesame Street, with puppets and lead singer Channy Leaneagh teaching children about peaceful protests and safe practices around police.

United Crushers, out Friday March 4 via Memphis Industries / Mom + Pop.

The band are also set to play a series of shows in the lead up to the album release kicking off in Berlin on Thursday February 11, stopping in Bristol for the BBC Radio 6 Music Festival and London at the Village Underground.

Susanna Announces New LP 'Triangle' and Single

Norwegian songstress Susanna Wallumrød is back after a four year break with her eleventh LP and new track.

Due on Friday April 22 via SusannaSonata, Triangle is 70 minuets of intensive soul mixed in with electronics and layers of Susanna’s vocals.

The first single from Triangle, ‘Burning Sea’, is available now to listen to online. Check out the link below:

 

On ‘Burning Sea’, Susanna has said: “the experience of giving in to something, surrender, and feeling trapped at the same time, both wonderful and dangerous. I wrote this song in LA where a lot of the material for the album came to life. I am very fascinated by the sunny, beautiful and urban in combination with the pumping undercurrents of creativity in that city.”
