Noisebody Official Video For ‘Leaving Theme’

Noisebody is a keyboard focused pop group based in Berlin. The video for their single, ‘Leaving Theme, is out now. The song is a chill uplifting track, hopeful of a love interest returning. The gravelly keys overtop bouncy bass and drums might remind one of ‘Between Two Stones’, an early Noisebody track.

Noah Barker says of the single, "The video was recorded in Louisville, KY on my phone amidst a road trip I had last summer while considering leaving New York City. I'm mostly breezing around Louisville trying to forget something I once had. Leaving Theme is about change, movement, evolution, coming, going, and of course love. It was inspired by a relationship I had in Louisville that started in Shawnee Park and without warning phased out. It's also inspired by Toro Y Moi's ‘L to Leave’.

Noisebody is a jazz synth-driven pop group from Brooklyn, NY. Noah Barker, born in New York City and raised in Jeffersonville, NY, started playing piano at the age of 7, but it wasn’t until 2003 that he became actively involved in the local music scene, playing piano in church and drums in rock and punk bands. In high school, Noah took a serious interest in jazz and it was around this time that he began recording his songs by 4-track cassette, GarageBand, Reason, and Ableton.
