The Dangerhounds 'Nobody Gets Hurt' Single

The Dangerhounds are a Leeds-based, punkish indie-pop band similar to Circa Waves and Catfish & The Bottlemen. They have just released their buzzy new single ‘Nobody Gets Hurt’. The freewheeling slice of infectious indie pop arrives hot on the heels of their previous singles ‘Revolver’ and ‘Santiago’ last year.

Since forming in 2015, The Dangerhounds have been busy playing a series of riotous live shows and making a name for themselves on the fertile Leeds indie rock scene. Influenced by genre heavyweights The Strokes, Kings of Leon and Arctic Monkeys their debut EP and 2016 singles led to airplay with BBC Introducing, who were quick to spot their knack for Saturday night indie-disco melodies and energetic riffs. With celebrated local producer Ed Heaton at the controls, their new material builds on the punch and swagger of their earlier recordings and offers more examples of their high-octane, pop-punk thrills.

The Dangerhounds will be playing live dates in support of the new single, including a launch show at The Library in Leeds on 17th March. Listen to ‘Nobody Gets Hurt’ here
