Peggy Sue to play special London show

Celebrating the end of a brilliant year for Peggy Sue, the band have announced a new double A-side single ‘Substitute' / 'Say What You Mean’.

Out on Monday November 3, the new track will coincide with a special one-off London show the previous day at the Bussey Building, London. The show will see the band perform with The Choir of Echoes allowing them to explore the melodies and harmonies of their third album like never before.

The new single features album track and live favourite ‘Substitute’. The Brighton trio have said about the track: “This song makes me think of the period of time when Summer is changing into Autumn and the evenings are getting shorter and a little colder. It’s about proving to someone that although they may not mind, you don’t mind more.”

You can listen to ‘Substitute’ via Soundcloud now.

Live dates:
Sun 2nd Nov – Bussey Builidng, Peckham LONDON (Tickets)

Years & Years stream new single 'Desire'

Year’s & Years have announced plans for their new single ‘Desire’, which you can stream now.

The London trio will release the single on Monday November 23 via Polydor after the start of their consecutive UK tours alongside Clean Bandit and Sam Smith

On the new track, vocalist Olly Alexander stated:“We started writing the chorus first, which isn’t usually how we write, as “desire” became the hook and statement. The track reminded us of those big 90s house tunes, which we took a lot of inspiration from, including Chicago house, so we wanted to keep that same energy and pace throughout.”

You can listen to the new single now via Soundcloud.
