Alvvays Heading Out For UK & EU Tour January 2015

Toronto's indie-pop 5 piece Alvvays have announced details of a European tour starting mid January 2015.

The band will play across nine dates in Scotland and England before heading off to Europe for 11 more shows in February.

Just on the verge of finishing their tour with Real Estate, the band will be supporting them at the Shepherd’s Bush Empire finale headline show in London this Wednesday (October 29). They will also appear at Transgressive Records’ ‘New Sounds’ 10th Birthday Party, with Gengahr, Blaenavon, FAMY, Spring King and Thumpers making an appearance as well. 

Tickets for the 2015 tour will be on sale from Wednesday October 29 at 9am via Gigs and Tours.

Chvrches release new video for 'Under the Tide' track

Chvrches have unveiled the video for their latest single 'Under the Tide' from their début album The Bones of What You Believe, featuring Martin Doherty on lead vocals instead of Lauren Mayberry.

Director Sing J. Lee created this space age anime clip along with snippets of Doherty singing to the camera.

The synth pop trio also recently performed new song 'Richard Pryor' live at Austin City Limits Festival 2014. You can listen to it now via YouTube
