Ariel Pink Releases New Video For 'Picture Me Gone'

Ariel Pink has revealed the video for 'Picture Me Gone', a heartfelt highlight from his forthcoming album, pom pom.

Joining forces once again with director Grant Singer, the video was shot across fifteen locations around Pinks home city of Los Angeles featuring the characters Pam, Candace and Heather squeezing into their second lives within a latex skin, in pursuit of sexual encounters and inner content. Singer says that the video "follows a day in the life of three men in Los Angeles in their search of meaning and happiness.

Pink has also announced plans to come to the UK with a seven-piece band in 2015 with headline shows at London's Electric Ballroom on Tuesday March 3 and the Old Market in Brighton on Wednesday March 4.

Travis Bretzer shares new track ‘Promises'

Following the release of his critically acclaimed début EP Making Love last year, Travis Bretzer shares new track ‘Promises,’ set for release on Monday December 15.

 

‘Promises’ is the first single from Waxing Romantic and is inspired from a tender late night conversation between lovers. You can stream the single now via Soundcloud.

Also on the agenda is Bretzer's début album Waxing Romantic, heading our way February 2015 via Mexican Summer. The LP was produced by Jorge Elbrecht, with members of Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti and MGMT’s James Richardson set to feature, alongside Josh da Costa from Regal Degal
