Deerhoof are heading out this summer with a run of shows in the UK alongside their European tour.

The tour sees the four-piece perform in Belfast, Birmingham, London and Manchester as well as Doune the Rabbit Hole Festival and  ArcTanGent.

Rochdale Feel Good Festival has announced another headliner for the main stage.

Dual female-fronted band, Shakedown Stockholm will play the main stage by the Town Hall on Saturday September 5. The band are set to perform at Rochdale fresh from recording their new EP, which will be launched next month at the o2 Academy in Liverpool.

On the band, Councillor Janet Emsley Cabinet Member for Culture, Health and Wellbeing at Rochdale Borough Council said: “Shakedown Stockholm join an already fantastic line up. Rochdale Feel Good Festival has introduced us to some real rising stars over the years.  The event brings music and food lovers of all ages together in a family friendly atmosphere and it’s a fabulous event for the borough.”

Shakedown Stockholm will be joined by previously announced bands The South, Toploader, singer/songwriter Kirsty Almeida, ska stars The Uplifters and more still to be confirmed.
