ArcTanGent Announce The Fall of Troy, Joan of Arc and More!

  • Published in News

ArcTanGent has announced another run of acts to its 2015 line-up.

The Fall of Troy, Joan of Arc, Maybeshewill, Vessels and Lone Wolf are all gearing up to perform amongst the likes of headliners The Dillinger Escape Plan, Deafheaven and 65daysofstatic.

Organiser Simon Maltas said “people are going to go really mental for this announcement. Not only have we persuaded The Fall of Troy to come back to our shores for the first time in years, but they’ll be flying over from the states with the fantastic Joan of Arc in tow as well! To have one, or maybe even both, of the Kinsella brothers on site will be a massive treat for the ATG crowd. And not to be outdone by the Yanks we’ve also got the cream of what the UK has to offer with Maybeshewill, Vessels and Lone Wolf. Roll on August!”

Other acts already confirmed to be performing this August are: Deerhoof, VENNART, Mylets, Blanck Mass, Talons, That Fucking Tank, Brontide, Helms Alee, Rolo Tomassi, Marriages, Emma Ruth Rundle, Mutiny on the Bounty, Her Name is Calla, British Theatre, The Algorithm, Tangled Hair, Delta Sleep and Axes.

ATP Announce the Return of their Holiday Camp Event

  • Published in News

At the end of 2013, ATP bid farewell to their signature UK holiday-camp events. So it's exciting news  that ATP will return to UK holiday camps this November.

ATP 2.0 Nightmare Before Christmas will take place in Prestatyn Pontins, North Wales. The site benefits from being in a far better location to a nationwide customer base, while still being within easy reach of international airports for non-UK attendees.

The first wave of acts to be announced are: Max Richter (performing The Blue Notebooks), The Notwist (performing Neon Golden), The Album Leaf (performing In A Safe Place), Holly Herndon, Dinos Chapman, Death, Loop, Ought, Blanck Mass, Iceage, Fumaca Preta, Andrew Hung, Sculpture, Younghusband, Vision Fortune and Grimm Grimm.

Curating this year comes from visual artists The Chapman Brothers, who return to ATP ten years on from their first stint. Jake Chapman said; “We are so honoured to have been asked to curate ATP again this November in Prestatyn. Ten years ago we curated the first Nightmare Before Xmas and lost so many brain cells that it's taken a decade to replace them. It is extremely special for us be involved again."

ATP takes place from Fri Nov 27 – Sat 29 2015. For more information click here.
